Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure implementation of site safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard identification.
- Monitor compliance with statutory safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and secure work practices.
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, permits, and documentation.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.
- Work closely with project teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
