We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients , a leading organization, for an experienced Safety Manager / HSE Specialist to drive safety excellence at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

? Location: Ahmedabad

? Experience: 15–22 Years

? CTC: ₹20–25 LPA (Flexible for the right candidate)

? Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering

✔ Master's in Industrial Safety / PDIS / ADIS or equivalent

✔ Extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry

✔ Solid expertise in Safety Management Systems (SMS)

✔ Hands-on experience with PTW, HIRA, Safety Audits, Risk Assessment, and Safety Culture initiatives

✔ Experience in KPI monitoring, compliance, and technical safety training





✔ Immediate joiners preferred

What You'll Do

- Lead the implementation and auditing of Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Drive safety culture improvement initiatives
- Conduct field audits and safety assessments
- Guide cross-functional teams on safety standards and compliance
- Monitor safety KPIs and prepare management reports
- Deliver technical safety training and awareness programs
