Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced S2P Supervisor/Team Leader to lead the Source-to-Pay operations team supporting global business regions. The role requires strong expertise in Accounts Payable processes, team management, stakeholder communication, and service delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 5-10 members.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
- Handle invoice discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
- Manage month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable.
- Prepare and review AP reports, productivity reports, and operational metrics.
- Drive planning, process management, and service delivery excellence.
- Monitor team performance, SLA adherence, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and regional teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls.

Required Skills & Experience




- 8-10 years of experience in S2P/P2P/Accounts Payable operations.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 5-10 employees.
