We are looking for a reliable and energetic Office Runner to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office errands, delivering and collecting documents, assisting different departments, and ensuring smooth administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other office-related items.
- Visit banks, government offices, courier offices, and vendors as required.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
- Purchase office supplies and maintain stock when required.
- Support the Administration and HR teams with daily tasks.
- Handle courier dispatches and receive incoming deliveries.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and office events.
- Keep office areas clean and organized.
- Run official errands as assigned by management.
- Ensure confidential documents are handled safely and delivered on time.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Familiarity with Pune city routes is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Honest, punctual, physically fit, and responsible.
- Positive communication and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Office timings as per company policy.
Salary
- As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
