Role Description The RTL SOC Integration Engineer will focus on integrating RTL modules into complex System-on-Chip (SoC) architectures, ensuring functional correctness, performance, and compliance with design specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with design and verification teams, performing interface definition and integration, debugging integration issues, and supporting synthesis, timing closure, and ECO activities.

The role also involves collaborating on system-level architecture decisions, maintaining integration documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of integration flows and methodologies. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



requiring regular presence at the corporate headquarters and coordination with cross-functional engineering teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret specifications, analyze system-level interactions, and optimize RTL integration.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve integration, timing, and functional issues in complex SoC designs.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills related to scripting (e.g., Python, Tcl, Shell) for automation of integration flows and tool workflows.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills in RTL-based SoC environments, including interface definition, IP integration, and configuration management.
- Candidates should possess Systems Engineering skills to understand end-to-end system behavior, performance trade-offs, and hardware-software interactions.
- Hands-on experience with RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog), SoC integration tools, synthesis, and static timing analysis is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with industry-standard buses and protocols (such as AXI, AHB, APB) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred.
- A degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, along with prior experience in semiconductor or electronics industries, will be an advantage.
