Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers for Qualified Loan products through direct sourcing and referrals.

- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, CAs, architects, dentists, consultants, and other eligible professionals.

- Generate leads through market mapping, networking, channel partners, DSAs, and existing customer references.

- Understand customer ficial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for loan disbursements.

- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and underwriting teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement.

- Conduct preliminary credit assessments and collect all required documentation.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Build longterm customer relationships to drive repeat business and crossselling opportunities.

- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.
