Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage rope access operations, ensuring productive execution of projects within budget and timeline.

- Supervise a team of climbers, providing guidance on safety protocols and best practices.

- Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in rope access operations or related field (climbing, construction).

- Strong knowledge of rope access techniques, including rigging systems and equipment maintenance.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team management.

- Ability to work at heights safely using personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, harnesses, etc.
