About the Role

GetLook Salon at Home is looking for a proactive and organized Rider Operations & Fleet Manager to manage and scale our rider network in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring new riders, managing daily rider operations, ensuring smooth transportation support for our beauticians, and improving overall fleet efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard, and retain riders across Bangalore.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of 50+ riders.
- Ensure timely rider allocation for beautician pickups and drop-offs.
- Monitor rider attendance, availability, and performance.
- Handle rider queries, escalations, and operational issues.
- Maintain rider records, documentation, and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Optimize rider utilization and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the rider network.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, or field staff management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp, and other operational tools.
- Prior experience managing delivery executives, riders, or field teams will be an added advantage.
