Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and training.
- Supervise daily operations, allocate work, resolve escalations, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, federal, state, and organizational compliance standards.
- Oversee patient billing, insurance inquiries, denial management, collections, and account resolution.
- Monitor team performance, quality metrics, financial accuracy, and vendor performance.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage projects, system updates, regulatory reporting, and team adoption of current processes.




- Coordinate and deliver training programs while identifying ongoing learning needs.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field OR 3+ years of relevant experience (8 years total experience in lieu of a degree).
- 1+ year of supervisory experience.
- 1+ year in a lead/leadership role.
- 3+ years working in a matrixed organization.
- 3+ years of experience in medical billing, collections, business office operations, or insurance discovery.
