Were looking for a Returns Lead to own and streamline our end-to-end returns operations at House Of Chikankari.

This role is critical in ensuring faster inventory recovery, accurate quality assessment, tighter inventory control, and a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage daily returns operations across website and marketplaces
- Drive faster return-to-restock timelines
- Lead quality inspection and grading of returned products
- Monitor return trends and identify recurring product, fit, or quality issues
- Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation across systems and physical stock
- Work closely with Warehouse, Customer Experience, Quality, and Marketplace teams
- Build reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to reduce return rates and improve recovery

What we’re looking for:

- 3-6 years of experience in apparel, fashion, warehouse operations, reverse logistics, or returns management
- Robust understanding of inventory and quality processes
- Comfortable working with data, Excel, OMS/WMS systems, and marketplaces
- Someone who enjoys solving operational challenges and improving processes
