Key Responsibilities - Identify retrofit and machine upgrade opportunities from the installed customer base.

- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, BOQs, and pricing proposals.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive quotation-to-order conversion, billing, and collection activities.
- Maintain retrofit pipeline, MIS, and project performance reports.
- Build strong customer relationships and support the growth of the aftermarket business.

What We're Looking For - 3–6 years of experience in Retrofit, After Sales Commercial, Spares & AMC, Project Coordination, or Industrial Equipment Sales.

- Experience in Material Handling, Conveyor Systems, Warehouse Automation, Industrial Automation, Packaging Machinery, or Industrial Machinery.
- Solid commercial acumen, project coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
- Graduate or B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).



MBA is an added advantage.
