We are looking for a Retired BMC (Municipal Corporation) Engineer to provide technical expertise, regulatory guidance, and liaison support for infrastructure and construction-related projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with municipal approvals, civil engineering projects, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with municipal authorities for approvals, permissions, and clearances.
- Guide project teams on BMC rules, regulations, and engineering standards.
- Review civil drawings, technical documents, and project proposals.
- Assist in obtaining building permits, occupancy certificates, and utility approvals.
- Liaise with government departments and consultants for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with municipal regulations and statutory requirements.
- Support project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Identify potential regulatory risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical advice during project inspections and audits.
- Maintain effective relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Retired Engineer from BMC or any Municipal Corporation with relevant field experience.
Experience
- 15–25+ years of experience in municipal engineering, civil infrastructure, or public works.
- Robust knowledge of municipal approval processes and government regulations.
