Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage retail sales performance by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

- Oversee secondary sales activities such as channel sales, distributor sales, primary sales, and retail channel sales.

- Ensure effective communication with internal teams to achieve sales targets and resolve customer issues.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in dealer network management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- 4-8 years of experience in retail sales or related field (B2C/B2B).

- Solid understanding of channel distribution channels including dealer network management.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
