Maintain attractive window and counter displays according to brand guidelines to catch customer attention in a fast-paced retail environment. Handle customer queries, resolve complaints quickly, and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat shoppers.
Experience: 2 to 5 years in retail store operations, fashion lifestyle, or jewellery management.
Skills:
Strong communication, basic data analysis for sales reporting, leadership, and a fashion-forward sales mindset. Well-groomed, highly organized, and proactive with customer engagement.
