About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and market-driven Sourcing Specialist – Retail Real Estate to join our Retail Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sourcing retail and commercial properties across key micro-markets to meet client requirements. This role requires strong networking skills, market intelligence, and the ability to build relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Source retail and commercial properties including high streets, shopping malls, mixed-use developments, and standalone retail spaces .
- Conduct market mapping and identify high-potential micro-markets for retail expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, channel partners, and developers.
- Evaluate properties based on location, visibility, accessibility, footfall, catchment, rental trends, and commercial viability.
- Maintain an up-to-date property inventory and database with accurate market intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal advisory, leasing, and sales teams to match properties with client requirements.
- Schedule and support property inspections and site visits.
- Assist in preliminary negotiations, documentation, and transaction coordination.
- Track competitor activity, rental benchmarks, and emerging retail developments.




- Ensure timely reporting of sourcing activities and market updates.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Retail Real Estate, Commercial Leasing, Property Sourcing, or Brokerage.
- Experience working with retail brands, developers, IPCs, or real estate consultancies will be an added advantage.
