Key Responsibilities:

- NEED REATAIL & SUPERMARKET KNOWLEDGE
- Leadership and Staff Management:
- Supervise and motivate store staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Conduct training, coaching, and development of employees to improve customer service and sales skills.
- Assist in scheduling shifts, managing time-off requests, and ensuring proper staffing levels.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, including conducting performance evaluations.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and providing product recommendations.
- Train staff on best practices for engaging customers and enhancing the shopping experience.
- Promote and maintain store loyalty programs and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Sales and Inventory Management:
- Monitor daily sales and performance metrics to ensure store targets and KPIs are met.
- Assist with stock replenishment,



organization, and inventory control.
- Ensure that the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and appropriately stocked at all times.
- Assist with product promotions, seasonal displays, and merchandising to drive sales.
- Operations and Store Maintenance:
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure adherence to health, safety, and store standards.
- Ensure the proper functioning of store systems, equipment, and point-of-sale (POS) terminals.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring store security, identifying risks, and adhering to store policies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
