Key Responsibilities : Welcome customers and provide excellent service.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling.
Explain product features, pricing, purity, and certification. Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product presentation.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company SOPs, security guidelines, and billing procedures.
- Assist in stock management and inventory verification.
Requirements * Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery or retail sales.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Customer-focused with a qualified appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work on weekends/festivals.
