We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product tagging.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
