About Elba Living

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a warm, qualified shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and interior solutions.
- Demonstrate product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and customer records.
- Coordinate with the installation and design teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.




- Follow up with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

- Higher Secondary or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (experience in furniture, home furnishings, or interiors is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for sales.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
