We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and manage retail operations across multiple stores. The ideal candidate should have 7–15 years of experience in the Apparel Retail Industry with strong expertise in store operations, team management, sales performance, customer experience, inventory management, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores.

- Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.

- Monitor store performance through KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, shrinkage, and profitability.

- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, company policies, and operational standards.

- Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to improve performance.

- Ensure excellent customer service and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Plan and execute inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.

- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained across all stores.

- Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and manpower planning.

- Manage new store openings, store renovations,



and operational rollouts.

- Prepare MIS reports and present business reviews to senior management.

Required Skills:

- 7–15 years of relevant experience in the Retail Apparel/Fashion Industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent understanding of Retail Apparel Operations.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Inventory and stock management knowledge.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and retail ERP/POS systems.

- Ability to manage multiple stores and travel as required.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
