Role & responsibilities
3+ yrs of experience in Retail Projects
- Conduct site surveys and prepare Site Dimensions Reports (SDR), including feasibility assessments for recent retail locations.
- Own end-to-end execution of new store development, including regular site visits, construction, fit-outs, and final handover to operations/franchisees.
- Review and coordinate architectural layouts, MEP drawings, and detailed execution plans to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment across all project stages.
- Manage and coordinate contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and quality execution of store fit outs.
- Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
