Role Description The Merchandiser role at Naukri Pay is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining visual merchandising standards in retail environments.

Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, analyzing product performance, and implementing promotional strategies to increase visibility and sales.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize product assortment. The Merchandiser will be expected to maintain accurate reporting, support store staff with product information, and uphold brand guidelines across all merchandising activities.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Customer Service and Retail experience, with a focus on understanding shopper behavior and store operations.
- Sales skills and a track record of supporting revenue growth through effective merchandising.
- Marketing awareness, including familiarity with in-store promotions and brand positioning.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising, inventory management, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends for merchandising decisions.
- Preferred: Experience in FMCG, apparel, or related retail sectors; diploma or degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
