Role Description The Retail Beauty Advisor role at Kimirica is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance categories.

Responsibilities include demonstrating product benefits, maintaining strong product knowledge, and ensuring a premium, inclusive in-store experience aligned with Kimirica’s brand values.

The Retail Beauty

Advisor will handle retail sales transactions, manage visual merchandising standards, and support inventory checks and stock replenishment. The role also involves addressing customer queries,



resolving concerns professionally, and contributing to sales targets and overall store performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to engage guests, build rapport, and support in-store revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess solid product knowledge and skin care expertise to provide informed, personalized recommendations and guidance to customers.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of cosmetology concepts or beauty care practices to confidently explain product usage and benefits.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to interact with diverse customers in a qualified manner.
- Candidates should possess a customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Relevant experience in beauty retail, luxury retail, or spa/wellness environments is beneficial; formal training or certification in beauty, cosmetology, or skincare is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are beneficial, along with a commitment to Kimirica’s values of wellness, ethics, and sustainability.
