Currently ranked within the top 25 NBFCs of India, ABFL has made significant progress.
The retail Asset division caters to the ficing needs of Individuals, SME & mid size corporates through the product suite of secured lending (mortages/construction fice) as well as unsecured lending (Personal loans & business loans) in the form of terms loans & LOC.
The retail asset division also caters to the digital LOB through SME loans, open market personal loans & sales fice (consumer durables). The Operations activity starts once a loan has been sanctioned by the Credit Risk function. They are responsible for document scrutiny and endtoend loan disbursement/ transaction management activity as well some post disbursement processes.
The loan disbursement process initiation and customer service activities are handled at a zonal level while a centralised team handles all loan repayment schedules. The zonal level structure will have front end and back end operations.

Education and experience required for this role is post graduate with minimum 35 years of work experience in the banking and lending domain. PGDBM/MBA/CA/CAIIB certified would be preferred
Ensuring availability of funds in the bank accounts through treasury KRA2 Process Improvements & Technology Enablement Review the use and efficacy of existing transaction systems and identify enhancement/ upgradation opportunities for implementation
Identify and drive process improvements targeted at specific product lines/ distribution channels
Initiate/ Lead projects related to standardisation of processes, technology adoption or migration, quality and compliance controls at a pan India level KRA3 Compliance Management & Reporting Drive adherence on all policies and processes related to loan processing and disbursement within the Retail Assets operations team
Oversee the creation of an audit calendar and ensure timely process audits are carried out and remedial actions are taken to closure within the branch network
Track performance metrics, defect ratio and SLAs and identify trends/ patterns that need to be addressed in order to drive greater efficiencies
Oversee timely reporting and circulation of operations MIS to relevant internal stakeholder groups KRA4 Stakeholder/ Vendor Management Oversee vendor empanelment processes and contracting and define vendor evaluation metrics to drive quality
Work closely with key individuals within banking on streamlining processes related to Processing and Cash Management Services KRA5 People Management Monitor attrition and drive engagement within the team through various interventions
Ensure consistent training opportunities for team members and timely up skilling to drive system adoption and process adherence
