Role Description The Retail Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. In this position, the consultant will engage with customers on the shop floor, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Kimirica products that align with their preferences and skin care requirements. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating product usage, explaining key benefits and ingredients, maintaining product displays and store hygiene, and supporting merchandising activities.

The consultant will handle retail sales transactions, manage stock levels on the shelves, and assist in achieving store sales targets while delivering a welcoming, premium brand experience.



The role also involves staying updated on new launches, participating in in-store events, and providing feedback from customers to help improve products and services.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to offer informed, personalized beauty and wellness recommendations.
- Solid product knowledge across fragrances, bath and body, skincare, and wellness, and the capacity to explain features, ingredients, and benefits clearly.
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build long-term relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Proven retail sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a qualified and courteous approach in a luxury retail environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple customers, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury retail is preferred; relevant certifications in cosmetology or skin care are an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory handling; familiarity with digital tools for customer engagement is beneficial.
