Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and service teams.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor restaurant performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.




- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and team productivity.
- Monitor inventory, stock control, and operational costs.
- Prepare operational reports and support business performance.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a restaurant, café, lounge, bar, or hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Experience in handling restaurant operations, guest relations, and team supervision.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and operational reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and flexible shifts.
