We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and guest-focused Restaurant Manager for a prestigious star-category resort in South Goa.

The ideal candidate should be a Goan resident or currently residing in Goa and possess 5–6 years of proven experience in Food & Beverage Service with a reputed, high-volume restaurant generating a minimum business turnover of ₹5 lakh per day.

Key Requirements:

- Strong background in restaurant operations and guest service excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales initiatives, upselling, and customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high service standards while achieving business targets.
