We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead the daily operations of our premium fine-dine restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the restaurant team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, maintaining service standards, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager/General Manager in fine dining or premium hospitality.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and P&L; management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
