KOT Management: Generate KOTs accurately and coordinate between dining staff and kitchen for rapid order delivery.
Captain: Welcome guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure excellent customer service on the floor.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience as a Restaurant Cashier, Captain, or KOT Coordinator.
2. Knowledge of billing POS software and cash handling.
3. Good communication and multi-tasking skills during peak hours.
