We are looking for Resident Territory Manager for Naguar and Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan acts as the primary on-ground anchor for the brand. The main objective of this role is to drive secondary and primary sales, manage the local dealer network, and expand market share across consumer, commercial, or agricultural tire segments within the assigned territory.

2 to 8 years in channel sales (Tyre, Auto Component, Lubricant, or Building Materials).

Responsibilities -

Sales & Revenue Management

- Drive primary sales to meet monthly and annual volume targets.
- Ensure payment collection according to company commercial norms.
- Monitor dealer deposits to maintain regular capital rotation.
- Manage product mix based on regional demand

Channel & Dealer Management

- Communicate trade schemes and company policies to dealers.
- Expand dealer footprint by appointing current multi-brand or exclusive outlets.
- Mitigate dealer attrition through continuous engagement and support.
- Resolve payment or pricing conflicts to protect channel profitability.
