ighnaharta Super Speciality Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to admitted patients, managing emergencies, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring patient safety throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Examine and manage admitted patients during the night shift.
- Attend medical emergencies and provide immediate treatment.
- Monitor ICU, ward, and emergency patients.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding patient management.
- Prescribe medications and order necessary investigations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
- Perform regular night rounds and monitor patient progress.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
- Assist during emergency procedures and critical care situations.
- Provide a smooth handover to the morning medical team.

Qualifications

- Valid State Medical Council Registration
- BLS/ACLS certification is an added advantage.

Experience

- Experience in Emergency Medicine, ICU,



or Hospital Practice is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Emergency and critical care management
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Good documentation and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and Hospital Information System (HIS) experience preferred
