Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Supervisor to manage room reservations, maximize occupancy, and deliver an exceptional guest booking experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in resort or hotel reservations, guest relations, and booking management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage room reservations through phone, email, website, and OTA platforms.

- Ensure accurate booking entries, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.

- Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective inventory management.

- Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure room availability.

- Handle guest inquiries and provide information on room types, packages, and resort facilities.

- Monitor OTA portals (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.) and update inventory and rates.

- Resolve reservation-related issues and guest complaints professionally.

- Prepare daily reservation reports and occupancy forecasts.





- Ensure compliance with reservation policies and SOPs.

- Support the Front Office team during peak operational hours.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or any relevant discipline.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in hotel or resort reservations, front office, or guest services.

- Experience with PMS software (IDS, Opera, or similar) is preferred.
