Job Summary

Spectrum Networks is hiring an experienced Resident Engineer – Cisco Collaboration to manage and support enterprise Cisco Unified Communications environments at customer locations across India and the GCC.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, CUBE, Webex, Cisco Meeting Server, UCCX, and Voice Gateways. The selected candidate will serve as the dedicated onsite technical owner, responsible for day-to-day operations, incident management, upgrades, troubleshooting, customer interaction, and lifecycle management of collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure in a 24x7 enterprise environment.
- Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) clusters.
- Configure and manage Unity Connection, IM&P;/Jabber, Expressway-C/E (MRA & B2B).
- Support Cisco CUBE, SIP Trunks, Voice Gateways, SRST, PRI, FXO/FXS integrations.
- Administer Cisco Webex Control Hub, Hybrid Services, and Cisco Meeting Server (CMS).
- Perform MACD activities including dial plan, CSS, Partitions, Route Patterns, Translation Patterns, Hunt Groups, Voicemail, and User Provisioning.
- Execute CUCM/Unity upgrades, PCD migrations, DRS backups, patching, and certificate renewals.
- Troubleshoot SIP/RTP issues using RTMT, Wireshark, packet captures, and Collaboration Solutions Analyzer.
- Support Cisco UCCX and Cisco Emergency Responder (CER).
- Coordinate Cisco TAC cases, RCA preparation, documentation, and customer service reviews.
- Maintain HLD,



LLD, SOPs, Runbooks, and operational documentation.
