Reservation Executive
Location: Gurgaon (In office)
Shift: Morning & Night
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Manage IVR calls and assist customers with reservations.
- Respond to customer emails and resolve customer queries.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining accurate records.
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in inbound/outbound calling and IVR handling.
- Good email communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with a hospitality background are preferred.
- Prior experience in reservations or customer support will be an added advantage.
