Responsibilities

- Manage reservations across Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, and direct bookings.

- Handle guest inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and OTA messaging.

- Maintain accurate inventory using PMS and Channel Manager.

- Prevent overbookings and ensure reservation accuracy.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Operations for check-ins and check-outs.

- Process booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and payment follow-ups.

- Update rates and availability as instructed.

- Maintain guest records and reservation documentation.

- Prepare daily occupancy, arrival, departure, and revenue reports.

- Resolve reservation-related guest concerns professionally.

- Use AI tools to improve communication, reporting, and operational efficiency.

- Handle all online and offline reservations.

- Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, and direct website bookings.

- Confirm bookings and send check-in instructions.

- Coordinate early check-ins and late check-outs.

- Prevent overbookings and inventory errors.

Pay: ₹10,833.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month
