We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented Reservation Executive with experience in the travel industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling travel reservations, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with GDS platforms. Knowledge of Galileo will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight reservations efficiently.
- Process new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Assist customers with travel itineraries, fare quotations, and booking inquiries.
- Issue tickets and ensure accurate reservation details.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams for seamless booking operations.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt, professional support.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in flight reservations or ticketing.
- Knowledge of GDS software is essential.
- Hands-on experience with Galileo is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with airline fare rules, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with international and domestic travel bookings.
- Knowledge of other GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
