Role Requirements and Description

College & Application Research

- Compile and maintain databases of global university application deadlines, requirements, and policies.
- Research and update standardised test requirements (SAT, ACT, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT) across different countries.
- Track changes in admission trends, including acceptance rates and merit-based scholarships.

Data & List Development

- Develop and update lists of target universities for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Research academic pathways, special programs, and alternative admissions routes.
- Maintain databases of summer schools, research programs, and international academic competitions.

Profile & Application Support

- Support students by tracking relevant extracurricular and leadership opportunities.
- Assist in creating structured timelines for students based on their target universities.




- Research postgraduate opportunities, including fellowships, research grants, and funding options.

What We’re Looking For

- Solid research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and database management.
- Ability to organise large sets of data in a structured manner.
- Knowledge of global university admissions (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

- High school (11th/12th grade) or college student with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Adaptable and eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
