Contribute to and build on open-source AI projects ???? ??'?? ??????? ??? Strong Python, clean async code, well-structured codebases, fast debugging Fine-tuning, LoRA, or distillation experience Deep understanding of how LLMs work under the hood: transformer architecture,



attention, tokenization, training/pre-training enough to build a model from scratch

Working knowledge of the modern AI stack: LLM APIs, tool calling, vector DBs, RAG At least one agent framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, DSPy, Pydantic AI) A demonstrable habit of learning side projects, open source, shipped experiments Ship end-to-end, work independently, take feedback well ???? ?? ????
