- Build and iterate on AI-powered features and internal tools
- Build backend services and APIs (Python/FastAPI)
- Integrate and evaluate LLMs, embeddings, and multimodal models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Hugging Face, vLLM, Ollama)
- Build RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and tool-use systems
- Write evals, run experiments, and measure model quality with real data
- Optimize latency, cost, and reliability of inference pipelines
- Contribute to and build on open-source AI projects

- Strong Python, clean async code, well-structured codebases, quick debugging
- Fine-tuning, LoRA, or distillation experience
- Deep understanding of how LLMs work under the hood: transformer architecture,



attention, tokenization, training/pre-training enough to build a model from scratch
- Working knowledge of the modern AI stack: LLM APIs, tool calling, vector DBs, RAG
- At least one agent framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, DSPy, Pydantic AI)
- A demonstrable habit of learning side projects, open source, shipped experiments
- Ship end-to-end, work independently, take feedback well

- NVIDIA AI stack — NeMo (training, guardrails, NIMs), Triton, TensorRT-LLM

- Docker, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD
