Role Description The Research Assistant will support laboratory and research activities focused on food testing, analysis, and quality evaluation.

Responsibilities include preparing samples, conducting experiments under supervision, recording observations, and maintaining accurate research and laboratory documentation. The role also involves assisting with data collection, basic data analysis, and preparing reports or summaries for senior researchers.

The Research





Assistant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings clearly, and follow all safety and quality protocols. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Research and Laboratory Skills relevant to food science or related fields.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret experimental results and identify trends.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written documentation and collaborative teamwork.

Candidates should possess knowledge of basic laboratory safety procedures and quality standards; familiarity with food testing methods is an advantage.

Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in food science, chemistry, biology, or a related discipline is preferred.

Attention to detail, ability to follow protocols, and willingness to learn new techniques are essential.

Experience with laboratory equipment, data recording tools, or research projects will be considered beneficial.
