Role OverviewPosition: Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary / Primary Grades 1-2)Purpose: Act as a surrogate mother figure to help young children transition smoothly from home to school, ensuring their emotional, social, and academic growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Engagement: Deliver activity-based, interactive lessons in basic literacy, numeracy, and environmental awareness using stories, rhymes, and arts.Student Care & Safety: Monitor emotional well-being, manage discipline with empathy, and guarantee a secure, clean setting.Progress Tracking: Maintain daily attendance, record student learning milestones, and identify children who need extra help.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
