We’re seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious Research Assistant to support our research initiatives through data gathering, analysis, documentation, and reporting. You’ll work closely with senior researchers or project leads to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful inputs that drive decision-making or publication.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct literature reviews, market scans, or secondary data research
- Collect, clean, and organize datasets from various sources (online databases, surveys, internal systems)
- Assist in qualitative and quantitative data analysis using tools like Excel, R, SPSS, Python, or similar
- Prepare research summaries, briefs, charts, and presentations
- Maintain documentation, citations,



and research logs for transparency and traceability
- Support the design and execution of surveys, interviews, or experiments (if applicable)
- Stay updated on relevant industry trends or academic publications

What You Bring

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, or academic assistance
- Robust analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent written communication skills for summarizing research findings
- Proficiency in research tools (Google Scholar, Excel, survey platforms, statistical software, etc.)
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working under deadlines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Psychology, Business, Social Sciences, Life Sciences, etc.)
