Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reporter role based in New Delhi. The Reporter will cover Nebula Esports’ competitive activities, player stories, and organizational developments through timely news articles, match reports, and feature pieces.

Day-to-day responsibilities include attending team practices and events, conducting interviews with players and staff, gathering information from multiple sources, and producing accurate, engaging content for digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with social media and content teams to adapt stories for multimedia formats, maintaining editorial calendars, and ensuring all coverage reflects the team’s values and competitive objectives. The Reporter is expected to uphold ethical reporting standards, meet deadlines consistently, and stay informed about BGMI and broader esports trends.

Qualifications

- Robust reporting and news writing skills, with the ability to research, verify facts, and develop clear story angles.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to conduct interviews and build rapport with players and staff.
- Solid writing experience, with a portfolio demonstrating concise, engaging content tailored to digital audiences.
- Basic multimedia skills (e.g., photo, short-form video, or audio capture) to support integrated coverage of matches and events.
- Knowledge of BGMI and esports ecosystems, with a keen interest in competitive gaming and player narratives.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing match schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and basic SEO principles is an advantage.
