We are seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Specialist to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Master Data Management solutions, delivering trusted golden records across the real estate value chain.
? Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions for company and property data.
Architect and tune company matching logic, match rules, cleanse functions, tokenization, and survivorship.
Configure Reltio entity models, relationships (parent/subsidiary, account hierarchies), reference data (RDM), and data quality rules.
Integrate external enrichment sources (DB DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, firmographics) to improve match precision and reduce duplicates.
Build integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and connectors to CRM, ERP, lease, and property systems.
Define and optimize match/merge thresholds, govern manual data steward workflows for ambiguous matches.
Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce MDM best practices across Dev/Test/Prod tenants.
Partner with data architects, business stakeholders,
and data stewards to translate requirements into scalable governed solutions.
Ensure data security, role-based access, audit, GDPR compliance, and data privacy for sensitive client/partner information.

Mandatory Skills
Reltio MDM (hands-on expertise)
Technical Expertise
Company entity matching, Java, Groovy, JSON, SQL
Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure
Reltio Integration Hub, REST APIs
Experience
10–15 years in data management
Minimum 5 years hands-on with Reltio MDM
Reltio certification preferred
Real estate domain exposure is a plus
