We are looking for a dedicated Remote Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our growing Canadian plumbing company. This role involves answering incoming customer calls, scheduling plumbing service appointments, dispatching technicians, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Schedule plumbing service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch.
- Communicate with technicians regarding schedules, emergencies, and job updates.
- Record customer information accurately in the dispatch system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
- Assist with additional administrative and dispatch-related tasks as needed.

Working Hours

- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (Canadian Business Hours)
- 7 days a week
- Rotating shifts and weekly days off will be scheduled.

Salary: 800 CAD per month
