Relationship Officer – Personal Loan Sales

Location: Pattabiram / Tambaram, Chennai

Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

CTC: ₹1.80 LPA – ₹3.00 LPA

Employment Type: Full time (On-Rolls)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Relationship Officers to drive Personal Loan Sales by generating leads, acquiring customers, and building long-term relationships. Candidates with a passion for sales and customer interaction are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for Personal Loan products.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Identify new business opportunities through market research.





Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

12th Pass or Any Graduate.

0–2 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Sales, or a related field.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Valuable interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
