Job Summary We are looking for candidates with 1-5+ year of experience in open market Home Loan/LAP sales. The role involves sourcing home loans leads from the open market through real estate builders and connectors, small DSA, and managing the end-to-end home loan process until disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source real estate builders, connectors, and small DSAs from the open market.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with builders to ensure a regular flow of home loan leads.
- Connect with customers and guide them in choosing suitable home loan options from 60+ banks and NBFCs.
- Handle the complete home loan process, including lead sourcing, documentation, bank coordination, sanction, and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets of ₹2 crore and above.
- Share daily and monthly reports with the manager.
