Position: Relationship Manager
Training Period: 2 Months
Stipend During Training: 40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking/insurance products.
- Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Generate leads through referrals and networking.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and comply with company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 50% or above (Regular Mode only).
- Minimum 3 years of experience, including:
- 1 year in core sales, and
- 2 years (mandatory) in the BFSI/Insurance sector.
- Minimum last drawn CTC: 3 LPA.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
