About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Clinic Counselor who can effectively counsel walk-in and referred clients, understand their concerns, recommend suitable treatment plans, and convert consultations into successful treatment enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct face-to-face consultations with clients visiting the clinic.
- Understand clients' skin, hair, wellness, or aesthetic concerns and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, pricing, and package options clearly.
- Convert consultations into treatment/package sales while maintaining ethical selling practices.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their treatment journey.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, dietitians, and the clinic team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate client records,



consultation notes, and CRM updates.
- Handle client queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Ensure a premium customer experience at every stage of the client journey.
- Stay updated on company treatments, products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Support clinic marketing initiatives and referral programs to generate new business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Additional certifications in sales, counseling, healthcare, wellness, or cosmetology will be an advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in clinic counseling, wellness, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, healthcare, or luxury retail sales.
- Proven experience in handling face-to-face client consultations and achieving conversion targets.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
