1. Achieve NR business objectives across the Zone by collaborating with Cluster/Segment Leaders to drive growth and acquisition.

2. Acquire NTB customers through referrals, alliances, networks, and branch partnerships, while guiding branch staff in end-to-end onboarding.

3. Support Segment RMs in NR acquisition and ETB portfolio management,



generating forex income via FCNR forwards and cross-selling, and sharing insights on rates and products.

4. Maintain client relationships through mailers/calls, conduct training for staff and leaders to enhance product knowledge, and monitor key quality parameters like funding and account activation to improve portfolio performance.
